What we do » BeneSys is a third-party benefits administrator that effectively serves both the needs of Trustees, who must manage costs, and Plan Participants, who are concerned about satisfying their benefit needs.

In a changing world of benefit plans, increasing health costs, changing regulations and legislation, and other factors that affect the value of plans, BeneSys monitors and manages change to optimize all benefits dollars.

Our Core » BeneSys' primary operations consists of providing the highest quality services possible to members whose organizations we serve.

This primarily consists of providing services and requests for assistance via the following methods and means:

  • Calls to our customer service center
  • Regular mailings of monthly status slips that detail member benefits
  • Special mailings that inform them of urgent matters
  • Regular mailings of checks for benefits (vacation, pension, etc.)
  • Regular direct deposit of benefits (vacation, pension, etc.)

Our Passion »  BeneSys believes communication is vital to successful plan administration.

Through our programs, participants are provided with a monthly status of benefits that details health care eligibility and pension status.

Trustees and participants can rely on BeneSys to track and report employer contributions to respective plans, such as pension, health care, vacation, dues, etc., and clearly communicate benefit status and value.

And if there ever is a question on a communication we generated, our service team is available to provide explanation, understanding and assurance.



BeneSys Innovation: Benny Prepaid Cards
BeneSys has partnered with Evolution Benefits to offer participating funds a convenient way to access their Medical Reimbursement Account (MRA) money.
 
Benny Prepaid Cards are loaded with the members’ available MRA balance (less any amounts already spent) and are updated regularly. The Card is used, instead of cash, to pay for qualified health care expenses. So, no more claims forms! Use the Card to pay for items such as:

 
Covered prescription co-pays   Lasik surgery and eyeglasses
Health plan coinsurance  Orthodontics
Health plan deductibles  Out-of-pocket dentist fees
Doctor and emergency room co-pays  

Members’ simply swipe their Benny Prepaid Benefits Cardeach time a qualified health care expense is incurred at locations that accept MasterCard and the amount of the purchase will be deducted from the member’s MRA automatically. Members can also fill in their Card number on bills received from providers to pay the amount owed. It’s that easy!
